Looking for a My GM Game

What I like most of the basketball 2K series was the My GM mode where you created a team but had to deal with the personalities of players, staff, coaches, the owner and the economy of the game. This year they destroyed it and I’m looking for alternatives, a simulation game where I could create a team and deal with all personalities, numbers, signings and fire.
